Hey, I'm Neil
I grew up and live in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales, surrounded by coast. Being at the beach feels like home to me.
Life took a wonderful turn when I met my wife, Charlie, in 2011. For many years, we thought it would just be the two of us, until life had other plans and we were blessed with our beautifully chaotic daughter, Indie, who is now 5 (going on 15). Before Indie, Charlie and I travelled the world together, and it was during those adventures that I first fell in love with photography.
Watching our little girl grow is my favourite thing in the world, but it is somewhat bittersweet—I wish this stage of her childhood could last forever.
Photography enables me to document life’s unscripted, authentic moments—the laughter, the chaos, the unplanned. Weddings are full of these moments, and I love knowing these images will only grow in meaning as time passes.
My Approach & The Experience
I approach each wedding with a calm, observant presence—making space for moments to unfold naturally, while offering gentle guidance when needed. From subtle direction into beautiful light to knowing when to step back completely, everything is shaped around comfort and authenticity.
Since my teens, I’ve been a huge fan of cinema and draw influence from film—paying close attention to light, composition, and atmosphere. Blending documentary storytelling with a refined editorial touch, focussing on genuine emotion, honest connection, and the quiet in-between moments that often say the most.
For me, this isn’t just about delivering beautiful photographs. It is about your experience of being photographed—feeling at ease and free to be yourselves. The result? Timeless, heartfelt and authentic imagery that doesn’t just show how your wedding looked, but how it truly felt.
